SPALLETI MOVING ON?

Clarence Seedorf is going through his first season as manager of a club as he was offered the chance to guide Ac.Milan to success or at least to rescue them from their recent disastrous campaign.

There is a lot of talk concerning Manchester United in the Premier League but in the Serie A, there is a club that is doing significantly worse than David Moyes team and that is AC Milan.

The Italian team is struggling just to keep them themselves in the top 15 spots of Serie A and Seedorf so far is having a fairly neutral campaign with almost the same amount of victories and losses since taking over the club.

When Massimiliano Allegri was sacked from his role at Ac.Milan there were a number of rumors that started spreading around as to who was going to take charge of the club and one name which was just about everywhere was Luciano Spalleti.

Luciano Spalleti is the current coach of Zenit Petersburg but he confirmed that he would be very interested in taking control of Ac.Milan.

"From a coach's point of view, this is the perfect time to take charge of Milan. Everybody knows that a number of things will have to change at the Rossoneri. One cycle has come to an end and it's now time to start a new cycle. I have a contract with Zenit until June 2015, but things can change quickly in football. You have to be ready to change course." Those were the words that the former As.Roma coach stated back in January.

Spalleti was heavily linked with being the next coach of Ac.Milan as he already has experienced working in the Serie A with a fairly successful As.Roma some years ago but Seedorf's arrival shocked many people.

Seedorf has the full support of the staff of Ac.Milan and they will certainly give him time to turn the team into a successful one but if he does not get it done and if he gets sacked for any reason whatsoever, Spalleti is a strong candidate on becoming the next coach of Ac.Milan.
